Dawn Brownell-Dimmick

dimmickdawnfolderobit.jpg     Dawn Brownell-Dimmick, 47, of Battle Creek and formerly of Hickory Corners died Tuesday, August 12, 2008.  She was born in Battle Creek on August 26, 1960 the daughter of William Brownell & Janet (Anthony) Spaulding and graduated from Gull Lake High School in 1978.
     Dawn is survived by her seven children whom she loved so much, Joseph William Brownell, Bradley Adam Brownell, Fawn Marie (Charles Harris) Brownell, Nicholas Pierson (Kayla Marks) Brownell, Jennifer Marie Dimmick, Noah Michael Dimmick and Raiannah Marie Brownell; her companion, Howard McDonald; her granddaughter, Vanessa Harris; her mom, Janet Spaulding; her father, William (Susan) Brownell; two brothers, William (Randy) Brownell and Arthur (Tracy) Spaulding; a sister, Sharyn (Rick) Cole and several nieces & nephews.
     Dawn enjoyed sewing and all types of crafts.  She also enjoyed shopping, yard sales and playing cards with her mom.  Her true love in life was her 7 children and she also loved to spend time with her family and many friends. 
     Funeral services to celebrate Dawns life were held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Richland Chapel.  Interment followed at Hickory Corners Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations were made to the family.
