Albert Allen Morley

Albert Allen Morley, 88, formerly of Battle Creek, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026.

Al was born November 20, 1937 in Munising Albert C. and Magaret (Allen) Morley. He was from the Upper Peninsula and loved its natural beauty. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and was a paratrooper in the 82nd and 11th Airborne Divisions. Al graduated with his master’s degree in sociology and was a rehabilitation counselor for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He enjoyed swimming, canoeing and was a member of the Masters Swimming Organization in Battle Creek.

Al is survived by his wife of over 57 years, Barbara Morley; sons, James and Scott Morley; grandsons, Alex and Ben Morley; and sister, Irene Rice.
