Anna Mary Albert

Anna Mary Albert, age 89, formerly of Kingston, Rhode Island died peacefully in Battle Creek, Michigan on Monday morning, February 1, 2016. She was born in Derry Township, Pennsylvania on November 2, 1926, the daughter of Samuel and Lizzie (Gipe) Basehore. Anna Mary retired from the University of Rhode Island and was a member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood.

Anna Mary married the "Love of Her Life", Luke S. Albert on August 19, 1950; he survives. She is also survived by her children, Ann (Brad) Tyler of Richland, Michigan and Mark (Marichu) Albert of Rhode Island; her grandchildren, Jared Tyler of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Marisa Albert of Kingston, Rhode Island. Anna Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and five brothers, Clarence, Herman, Samuel, Paul and Mark Basehore.

Cremation has taken place; interment will be in Spring Creek Cemetery, Hershey, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the P.E.O.
