Brenda Lee Williams

Brenda Lee Williams, 61, of Dowling, Michigan, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Thursday, July 9, 2026, while surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was born on December 17, 1964, to Norman H. Woodmansee and Joyce A. Myers.

On January 12, 1990, Brenda married the love of her life, Terry Williams, in Barry County, Michigan. During their 36 years of marriage, they experienced life's many joys and challenges.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Norman H. Woodmansee; her father-in-law, Bobby V. Williams; and her paternal grandmother, Frieda Woodmansee.

She is lovingly survived by her mother, Joyce (K. Spade) Rosson, her devoted husband, Terry Williams; and their four children: Sheryl (Kyle) Rector, Karry Herr, Chevy Williams, and Michael Williams. She is also survived by her brother, William (Geneva) Woodmansee, niece Rebecca Kincy, nephew William Woodmansee, Uncle James (Dorthy) Woodmansee.

Brenda was a proud grandmother to Ryan (Emily) Jex, Gavin (Alyssa) Jex, Crystalina Bartlett, Robert Bartlett, Sara Herr, Sky Little, Brison Mabbett, Maddox Williams and Aaliyah Baughey. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Elijah Brownlee, Gracelynn Bartlett.

She is further survived by her special cousin, Kim Terpening, along with many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Throughout her career, Brenda dedicated herself to caring for others. She compassionately cared for many elderly individuals in their homes and most recently worked at Farleigh's Foster Care.

Brenda loved deeply and lived life to the fullest. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, adored her dogs, enjoyed working on her home, and had a passion for mud bogging. Known affectionately as the "Queen of Bird Road Mud Bogg," Brenda's adventurous spirit, infectious smile, and generous heart touched everyone who knew her. Her love, strength, and unwavering devotion to those she cared for will be remembered always and forever cherished.
