Bryan R. (Clayborn) Clutter of Marshall, MI
Bryan, age 55, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, March 17, 2020 at his residence from apparent heart attack.
Bryan was born on October 21, 1964 in Battle Creek, MI; was a 1982 graduate of Marshall (MI) High School and received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University. He worked primarily for Dow Chemical of Midland, MI; Arthur Andersen of Houston, TX; Kaplan Medical/The Washington Post and truly enjoyed working with his father, Mike, the Owner & Operator of Clayborn & Sons Excavating in Marshall.
Bryan is survived by his two sons, Dennis Bryan Clutter, a student at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA and Stewart William Clutter of Marshall; his mother, Dawn L. Clayborn of Marshall; two sisters, Tina (Brian) Malinowski of Bellevue, MI and Heidi (Anthony) Kalisz of Marshall; his brother, Todd Clutter of Battle Creek, MI and his biological father, Russell Clutter of Battle Creek. Bryan is also survived by nieces, Carmen O'Dell of Grand Rapids, MI, Macy O'Dell of Kalamazoo, MI and nephews, Michael Adams, Jake (Ashley) Adams and Vance O'Dell, all of Marshall. Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Michael R. "Mike" Clayborn on June 8, 2019.
A private, family graveside service was held in Oakridge Cemetery, Marshall and The Rev. Anne Schnaare, Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church of Marshall, officiated. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bryan's honor may be directed to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38015. The Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek is assisting Bryan's family.
