Carole A. Moore

Carole A. Moore, 73, of Battle Creek, died November 4, 2022 at Bronson Battle Creek. Carole was born August 22, 1949 in Battle Creek to Lester and Violet (Finney) Lyon.

Carole was involved in many church activities and enjoyed adult coloring books and doing crafts. She loved butterflies, especially the purple ones. But most of all, she cherished the time spent with her grandchildren.

Carole is survived by her three children, Kimberly (Tim) Burton, Joseph (Teresa) Moore and Matthew Moore, 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Cecil; a daughter, Angela; her parents and a brother, Terry Scott Lyon.

Funeral services to celebrate Carole's life will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Friends Church of Battle Creek, with a luncheon to follow. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Union City. Memorial donations may be made to the Friends Church Youth Group.
