Daniel A. "Dan" Latowski

Daniel Albert Latowski died May 11, 2023 at age 96. Daniel was born in Harvey, Illinois to Hattie and John Latowkski. He graduated in 1941 from Ascension High School.

Dan was married to his wife, Laura, for 72 years. He served in the Army as an aircraft mechanic during World War II. He ran his own business consulting on plastics engineering and lived on a farm in Charlotte with Laura for many years. He enjoyed golf, coffee with friends, family parties, and spending time with his neighbors the Papranec’s.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, brothers Anthony and Raymond, and sister Eleanor. He is survived by his loving family including Mary and Larry Latowski, Kary and Lyle Lucas, Julie and Dave Priebe, Linda Fields, Tracy and Joe Keegan, Lori and Mike Grover, Lisa and Dieter Korte, Andy Latowski, John Riester of Cape Coral. FL, Kathleen (Riester) Belanger of Sarasota Springs, NY and many more nieces and nephews.

A funeral service to celebrate Dan's life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in the chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, 2435 W. Territorial Road, Battle Creek, MI 49015.
