Darrell Gene Starbuck

Darrell Gene Starbuck, age 73, of Battle Creek passed away unexpectedly on Saturday evening, December 10, 2022 at ProMedica in Three Rivers. He was born in Marion, Indiana on August 24, 1949 to Mary (Swafford) and Gene Starbuck. Darrell will be missed by everyone including his friends he has met at the American Legion over the past couple of years.

Darrell is survived by his sons, John Marlow (Jackie) Starbuck of Lafayette, Indiana and Kenny Gene Starbuck of Indianapolis, Indiana; his special daughter & her husband, Angel & Jeremy Collins; grandchildren, Mindy Redson, Skylynn Ford, Brianna Vasquez, Bradly, Destiny, Zackery and Sophia Collins, and 13 other grandchildren.

Interment with full military honors will be held 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 19th at the Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. The family will continue the celebration of Darrell's Life with a dinner starting at 3:30 p.m. at the American Legion Post #54, 1125 Columbia Ave., Battle Creek.
