David Robert Beamish

David Robert Beamish Jr. age, 74 of Springfield, passed away on Monday morning February 8th, 2021 at Bronson Battle Creek. He was born in Aurora, Illinois on September 14,1946, the son of David Robert Beamish & Phillis Marjorie (Kuhn) Moore. He served as a United States Marine. He was wounded in battle and received a Purple Heart for his service that he was proud of. He worked for the School District for 19 years and retired in 1998.

David married his childhood friend Judy (Copeland) Beamish. He is survived by his two sons David Jamieson Beamish & Todd Robert Beamish; a daughter Kelli Renee Beamish; two brothers, Lynn Beamish and Bobby Moore; sisters, Donna Beamish and Robin Taitague; his 12 grandkids; Robbie Johnson, Zackery Yancey, Keven Lamar Beamish, Kaylee Howell, Naomi Renee Flores, Todd Robert Beamish, Sophia Mari Flores, Marissa Carrie Beamish, Leayh Julia Gaytan, Jason Nathaniel Beamish, Jusin Alexander Beamish, Nazaria Yudi Aguilera; four Great grandchildren, Jazmin Delainey Dillavou, Zavian Alexander Yancey, Zyler Ray Yancey, and Everlee Howell.

David was a loving husband, loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved building model cars and his favorite thing was fishing, he enjoyed his life to the fullest.
