Dawn Marie Clinton, age 50

Dawn Clinton passed away November 19, 2021 at her home in Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan. Dawn was born April 28, 1971, the youngest child of Richard and Ruth Clinton. She graduated from Gull Lake High School in 1989 then attended Western Michigan University to study Secondary Education, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 1995. She taught in the English department at L'Anse Creuse North HS in Macomb County MI and was the only financial support of her family of 4 for many years. She enjoyed teaching, and even as a loving mother of 2 boys, contributed much spare time to be the best teacher she could be.

Dawn is predeceased by her father Richard L. Clinton. She is survived by her sons, Carlo Racchia and Rocco Recchia as well as her mother Ruth Clinton, sister, Vicki Clinton and brother, Rick (Linda) Clinton

Funeral services to celebrate Dawn's life will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 26, 2021 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, starting at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at East Hickory Corners Cemetery.
