Della Latshaw

Della May Latshaw, age 97, of Battle Creek, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2022. She was born on April 12, 1924, the loving daughter of Frederick and Stella Green. Della married the "Love of Her Life", Richard C. Latshaw in 1942 in Battle Creek, Michigan. She made a life working at Gallagher Industrial Laundry for 23 years, retiring in 1986.

Della served as the score keeper of her sons baseball teams. She enjoyed bowling in the "50 Plus" Bowling league, until she was 80 years old. She served as the V.P. of the bowling league for 3 years. Della always said that her biggest achievement was surviving through raising 4 boys.

Della is survived by her children, Dennis (Diane) Latshaw and Roland (Barbara) Latshaw; daughter-in-law, Joanna Latshaw; 15 Grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Latshaw; Her parents and her sons, Gary and Fred Latshaw.
