Devin Jarrur Everett

Devin Jarrur Everett, 27 of Springfield, passed away on December 16, 2023.

Devin enjoyed riding his motorcycle, music and was known as a ‘pretty boy’ who kept his shoes crispy. He loved his family and was known as a dependable friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandma, June Strong, of Battle Creek.

He leaves behind his mother, Peggy Everett; father, Yaru Hunter; grandpa, Robert Strong; grandma, Renee White; son, Kendrick Everett; brothers, Elijha Harrison-Everett, Wozel Hunter; sisters, Kiersen Everett, LaShae Hunter; step-parent, Joyce Harrison; aunts, Tina Pritt, Pamela Asher, LaToya White; uncle, Jason White; cousins, Hayden Asher, Lance Asher, Hayley Herson; life-time best friend, Miguel Salinas, and a host of family and friends who love him dearly.

The family will receive friends 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 5, 2024 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek where services to celebrate Devin's life will begin at 1:00 p.m., Friday.  The service will be Livestreamed and may be viewed at https://vimeo.com/event/3976039.  Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Battle Creek.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.  Personal messages for the family and favorite memories of Devin may be placed here at www.farleyestesdowdle.com.
