Diana Jacobs (Gray), 79, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on January 13, 2023. Diana was born June 18, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA to Wesley and Thelma Gray (Cullen). She graduated in 1961 from Onley High School in Philadelphia. On May 18, 1963, Diana married Lawrence "Larry" Jacobs. They were married for 55 years. Diana was a stay at home mom raising four children. In 1982, the family moved to Battle Creek, MI where Diana worked at Roberts Packaging. She then worked with her husband running D&L Door Service.

Diana enjoyed going to the Jersey Shore, listening to opera music. She was a fan of Elvis Presley. She loved to watch football and hockey, often yelling at the TV and telling the players what to do. Diana loved spending time with her grandchildren and shopping with her daughters. She loved her family very much and was looking forward to becoming a great-grand mom in March.

Diana is survived by her daughters, Maureen Jacobs and Colleen Webb, both of Battle Creek; her son, Larry (Stacey) Jacobs of Angola, IN.; her grandchildren, Katelyn (Kaeo) Doronio and Derek Bloom of Nampa, ID., Joshua Webb of Mt. Pleasant, Andrew Webb of East Lansing and Corwin Aber of Battle Creek; her soon to be great-grandson, Ikaika Lee Doronio; sister, Sherry (Mike) Hinman of Battle Creek; brother, Barry Gray of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and many nieces and nephews. Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Jacobs; her daughter, Kathleen Wilson; a brother, Donald Gray and her parents, Wesley and Thelma Gray.

Diana did not want any services and cremation has taken place. The family will travel to the Jersey Shore on her birthday to celebrate her life. Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Personal messages for the family may be placed at
