Donna May (Fox) Clark, a long time former Battle Creek resident, passed away September 28, 2014 in Lansing, Michigan. She was born Donna May Fox on August 7, 1925 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
Donna was married to George Rogers Clark for 64 years until his death in 2008. She is survived by her sisters, Mary Pepper and Pauline Lunsford of Akron, Ohio; daughters, Judy (Bill) Webb of East Lansing, and Amy Clark of Fox Point, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Alison Webb Vincent, Jordan, Claire and James Napper, and two great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Evelyn Vincent. She was also preceded in death by her son, Timothy (Gloria) Clark, and grandson, Gregory Webb.
Donna was active for many years in Kellogg Community College Faculty Wives activities, and sewed costumes for the College theater productions. In later years, she found joy in retirement travel with George throughout the U. S, in seeing her grandchildren, in growing flowers and vegetables, and preparing gourmet meals and baked goods for friends and family.
A private family memorial service will be held at the Fort Custer National Cemetery. Donations may be made in her name to The Sparrow Foundation, 1110 E. Michigan Ave, Lansing, 48909, specifying the Palliative Care. Arrangements were made by the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home.
