Donna L. Hanna

Donna L. Hanna, 95, of Battle Creek, went to be with the Lord on February 8, 2024. Donna was born February 18, 1928 in Battle Creek to Harry and Edna (Wentworth) Davis. She worked many years at the American Legion Hospital Laundry. She loved working and was one of the hardest workers in any job she held. Donna enjoyed family, doing all types of crafts, and had an extensive pig collection. She was a long-time member of Urbandale Baptist Church, serving as treasurer for many years. 

 Donna is survived by her three children, Richard (Carlene) Wofford, Peggy Weeks, and Patti Hiatt, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and two husbands, Richard B. Wofford and John Hanna. 

 A memorial service to celebrate Donna’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Urbandale Baptist Church with a luncheon to follow.  A private interment will be at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations may be made to the Urbandale Baptist Church. Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowle Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
