Dorothy Sharon "Dot" Gwillim

Dorothy Sharon “Dot” Gwillim, age 68 of Battle Creek, unexpectedly went to be with her Lord & Savior on Sunday morning, June 11, 2023.  She was born in Battle Creek on December 25, 1954, the loving daughter of Floyd and Wanita (Vlett) Bedwell.  Dot loved attending Victory Life Church and spending time with her family.

Dot married Roger C. Gwillim in Battle Creek on November 16, 1971; he sadly preceded her in death on March 19, 2016.  She is survived by her children, Jason (Shekara) Gwillim, Gabriel (Shelia) Gwillim and Tiffany (David) Jarstfer; her ten grandchildren, Nicholas, Devin, Gabriella, Arielle, Haley, Alex, Andrew, Ian, Zachary, and Nathaniel; three great-grandchildren; her sisters, Janet (Mike) Denton, Florence (James) and Anna Tidwell; and several nieces & nephews.  She was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Chuckie and Junior Tidwell; and sister, Debbie Tidwell.

A memorial service to celebrate Dot’s life will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 20^th at the Woodland Church Marshall Campus, 15510 A.
