Duane M. Dailey

Duane M. Dailey, 60, of Battle Creek, died May 3, 2020. Duane was born March 20, 1960 in Battle Creek to Merle and Lucille (Hart) Dailey. He graduated from Harper Creek High School and most recently worked at the Y Center.

Duane loved to cook, grill and work in the yard. He enjoyed tinkering with lawn tractors and fixing cars. Duane was a practical joker and was always scaring people. Whatever he was doing, Duane was happiest when he was around his friends and family.

Duane is survived by his son, Justin (Michelle) Dailey; his parents, Merle and Lucille Dailey; a brother, Howard Dailey; a sister, Denise (Thomas) Crisfield; special friend, Mary Munoz; his best friend, Mike Burrows and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Dailey.
