Earl Henry Smith, Jr. age 64, of Marshall passed away Tuesday morning, July 9, 2019. He was born in Oakland, California on February 19, 1955 the son of Earl Henry II. and Mary E. (Bare) Smith.
Earl was preceded in death by the "Love of His Life", his wife, Debra L. (Sommers) Smith on January 8, 2017; and his father, Earl Smith II. He is survived by his children, Earl (Mary) Smith, III. of Marshall, Jake (Katie) Smith of Wyoming, and Lisa Smith of Battle Creek; eight grandchildren, Savin Smith, Ejay Smith, Sadie Brower, Dillan Smith, Logan Smith, Sierra Barnes, Wesson Smith, Bryson Newsome; his mother, Mary Smith of California; and several other family members.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
