Elizabeth Ann Evans

May 14, 1973 — February 15, 2017

Elizabeth Ann Evans 43, of Battle Creek died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Bronson Battle Creek. She was always known as Aunt Toady or Beth to her family, and Aunt Toady to all of her many Geo-caching friends. She was a source of great entertainment to her many friends and her smile was contagious.

Whenever she was around there were pranks to quickly follow. I hope you are all able to find comfort in your loving and funny memories of my sister. She told me that Calgon is falsely advertising their product. Because no matter how many baths she took a day, it doesn't take you away, you are still stuck with your life. She also said that "the beauty of a life well lived never dies, it continues to embrace and inspire us".

She loved Geo-caching with her group called "the Dirtbags" and even went to Ireland last year to fulfill her dreams of caching. She also loved to read and watch movies. She took her kids to Disney Land a couple of times and they now have some very awesome memories there.

She left behind her daughter Aurora Evans, sons Dion Evans and Jeremy Jackson all of Battle Creek. Her mother Glenna Wilson, stepdad Robert Harris, sister Heather (Rob) Dice, nephew Kevin McCarthy, all of Kentucky, brother David Head of Tennessee, nephew Patrick Moffat stationed in North Carolina, and her Geo-caching friend Simon Brewer. She was preceded in death by her daughter Arrianna Evans, her niece Anastasia McCarthy, her father Michael Head, all of her grandparents, and various aunts and uncles. Cremation has already taken place, there will be no service at this time.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family, care of Glenna Wilson. Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Personal messages for the family may be placed at www.farleyestesdowdle.com.
