Elmer Duane Allen

Elmer Duane Allen, 58, of Battle Creek died peacefully at his home, with his family at his side, on Wednesday, April 5, 2018.

Elmer was born January 25, 1960 in Battle Creek, Michigan the son of Henry and Daisy (Palmiter) Allen. He was employed in several area factories in maintenance and assembly.

Elmer married Bonnie Sue Bronkhorst on New Year's Eve, January 31, 1992, in Battle Creek. Surviving are his wife, Bonnie; children, Randy Little of Kalamazoo, Billy Joe Little and Katherine Little both of Battle Creek; a grandson, Ethan Little; a sister, Bonnie Frazer of Battle Creek and a brother, Otto Allen of Battle Creek. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jim Allen.

Elmer loved the outdoors and going fishing. He was mechanically inclined and enjoyed tinkering with anything mechanical, especially small engines.
