Florence Virginia Willerick, age 85, of Marshall passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, June 22, 2014. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on October 5, 1928, the loving daughter of Frank and Liddie (Hadley) Rinehart. Over the years, Florence had been employed at the paper mill in Kalamazoo, State Farm Insurance Company in Marshall and the Sheraton Hotel. She enjoyed reading, camping and trips to the Firekeepers Casino.
Florence married the "Love of her Life", Earl C. Willerick in Angola, Indiana on March 13, 1948; he survives. She is also survived by her children, Victor (Mary) Willerick of Battle Creek, Sandra (Mike) Cornish of Albion and Debbie Ball of Battle Creek; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Florence was sadly preceded in death by her parents; her son, Clifford Willerick; a brother, Emanuel Rinehart, and three sisters, Sally Ray, Elizabeth Dontje, and Doris Howard.
The family will receive friends 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home where funeral services to celebrate her life will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2014.
