Freddie D. Kelly-Williams

Freddie D. Kelly-Williams, age 62, of Battle Creek passed away Friday evening, August 22, 2014. She was born in Battle Creek on April 23, 1952, the loving daughter of Henry and Bea W. (Ford) Kelly. Over the years, Freddie worked as an RN at the Battle Creek Veterans Administration Medical Center and many area nursing homes. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, playing cards, and she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Freddie is survived by her son, Trent (Amanda) Kelly of Battle Creek; her grandchildren Maliek Kelly, Tawan Wilson, Beautifull Kelly, Trent Kelly Jr., Lena Kelly and Amaur Kelly; her sisters, Toni, Kimberly, Shannon, and Robyn; her brother, Sonny; her special cousins, Jina, Barb, Bonnie, and her special niece, Ericka Ellenwood. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Terri Kelly-Lewis.

The family will receive friends 2:00 to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 30, 2014 at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home where a memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday.
