Gail Ann Waterman

Gail Ann Waterman, age 71, passed away October 29, 2022.

Gail was born in Battle Creek, the daughter of Leon and Samona Jean (Marth) Hepler, on August 2, 1951. She graduated from Lakeview High School and Spring Arbor University and was a teaching assistant and playground supervisor at Bedford Elementary and then at Battle Creek Public Schools. She was known for her creativity and enjoyed drawing, painting and more recently, pottery. Her home was her sanctuary, where she loved spending time with family and friends.

Gail is survived by her children, Traci Waterman of Seattle, WA, Ben Waterman and David Waterman both of Battle Creek; grandchildren, Jacob Waterman and Emilee Ryan; and a sister, Cindy Continenza of Southern Pines, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Greg Hepler.
