Gary Edward White

Gary Edward White, 89, of Battle Creek passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024.

Gary was born January 28, 1935 in Battle Creek to Silas and Florence White. He was a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School and was a mail carrier for 35 years. He was a member of Sons of the Legion Post 298. Gary enjoyed camping, dancing, going to the casino and was a car enthusiast. He loved his family and loved playing cards with them. On August 4, 1956, Gary was united in marriage to the former Joyce Ann Lewis. She preceded him in death on January 13, 2023.

Gary is survived by his daughters, Sheri Cutter, Brenda (Dennis) Marshall, Cindi Brown and grandson, Bryan (Crystal) Cutter.

Per Gary’s wishes, no services are scheduled. A memorial visitation will take place Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care.
