Geneva L. "Neva" Hager, age 76, formerly of Battle Creek died March 7, 2018. She was born in Logan, West Virginia on May 18, 1941, the daughter of Stollie and Rena (Adkins) Hager. Neva enjoyed cooking and trips to Mackinac, but her true passion in life was spending time with her family & friends, especially her children & grandchildren.
Neva is survived by her children, James (Debra) Hager of Battle Creek, Sharon (Tony) Jackson of Indiana, Thomas Warner of Tennessee, and Tim Warner of Kentwood; eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; two sisters, Imogene Ughetti of Charlotte, and Joann (Bill) Mrak of Battle Creek; two brothers, Richard Hager of West Virginia, and Paul Hager of Battle Creek; and several nieces & nephews. She was sadly preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Warner; her parents; two sisters, Sylvia Hager and Mary C. Craddock; and three brothers, Leon, Willis, and Roy Hager.
The family will receive friends 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 13th at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek where funeral services to celebrate Neva's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Hicks West Pennfield Township Cemetery.
