Gloria K. Mclaughlin

Gloria K. McLaughlin, 62, of Burlington, died November 19, 2020. Gloria was born October 11, 1958 in Battle Creek and graduated from Athens High School in 1977. She married her best friend, Joseph McLaughlin on April 14, 1984.

Together, Gloria and Joe adopted a very special little girl, Lacey. She has given them two wonderful grandchildren, Sage and Jade. Gloria starter her government career on August 13, 1979. She worked there for 34 years, retiring from the Federal Center in Battle Creek in November of 2013.

Gloria enjoyed crocheting, her fur babies, reading, spending time with high school BFF's and with her grandchildren.

A private funeral service to celebrate Gloria's life will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care.
