Helen Rea Taylor

Helen Rea Taylor of Battle Creek, MI

Helen age 78, died Easter Sunday morning, March 27, 2016 at Heartland Health Care of Battle Creek following a brief illness.

Helen, the daughter of Herbert and Letha (Belcher) Taylor, born in Battle Creek on June 28, 1937; was a lifetime area resident and 1956 graduate of Pennfield High School. She had worked as a printer at various printing companies in the area and had also been employed at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center and State Farm. Helen was a member of the River Walk Church (Christian Reformed) of Battle Creek.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Beverly Dunston and Eleanor Cole and two brothers, Richard Taylor and Earl Taylor. Surviving are many nieces and nephews.

At Helen's request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Committal & burial will be held on Tuesday, April 5th at 3:00 p.m. at Hicks Cemetery, Pennfield Township with Reverend Roger Grandia, officiating, Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek is assisting Helen's family with her arrangements.
