Jack Allen Berry

Jack Allen Berry, age 71 of Richland, died Friday afternoon, September 6, 2024 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. He was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on September 5, 1953, the son of Niles W. and Charlene L. (Gordnier) Berry. Jack graduated from Flint Northwestern High School and continued his education at Kellogg Community College. He worked as a Union sheet metal worker with the Local #360 for more than 40 years. Jack truly enjoyed antique toys, cars & motorcycles. 

Jack is survived by his children, Brenda Higgs and Wayne Berry, both of Fairbanks, Alaska; several grandchildren; his sister, Vicki Berry; two nieces; a nephew; and dear friend, Chris Slater. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Berry on October 4, 2021; his parents; and a sister, Traci Berry. 

At Jack’s request, a private family interment has been held. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Centrica Care Navigators (Hospice).
