Jack “Fat Jack” L. Weakley, 81, of Marshall passed away peacefully at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall on Dec 21, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on December 1, 1944 in Marshall to Arthur and Wilma (Ellis) Weakley. Jack worked at multiple car repair shops including Wolverine Auto and lastly at the Main Street Marathon in Battle Creek.

Fat Jack was known by many as the one to get you cars engine rebuild in Marshall.

On September 20, 1975, Jack married the “Love of His Life”, Vickie Face. They made their home in the family home in Marshall. Together they traveled the car show circuit dragging their 3 young daughters along for the ride.

Jack loves his St. Bernard Tiny and everything that had to deal with engines. Being a large fan of the NHRA circuit.

Jack is survived by his daughters, Samantha Weakley (Laura Isaacs) of Marshall and Jackie Weakley of Millersburg, Ohio; his grandson, David “Davy” Isaacs of Marshall and his dog, Tiny.

At Jack’s request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service to celebrate Jack’s life will be held at a later date. Please check back here for details.
