James Henry Mead Jr.

James Henry Mead Jr., passed away in Battle Creek, Michigan on September 11, 2024.  

He was a good and loyal friend and family member. He was a good father to his two sons, Jared Mead and James Mead III, and his step daughters, Mary Burdick Conners and Michelle Burdick . He loved every single one of his grandchildren, Haley Reafsnyder, Alex Conners, Joy Conners and Helen Benninghoff; along with his three great grandchildren, Camilla Reafsnyder, Bradley Lint, and Evan Lint. He enjoyed life by traveling out of state and when he wasn't traveling, he was fishing his heart out. He would often take his kids out to Little Mill Lake and make memories with his children and wife. James was a good role model and he was very loved by many friends and family.

He's preceded in death by his wife Linda Mead, mother Sarah L Moss (Mead), and father James H Mead, and his son, James Mead III. He will be deeply missed.
