Judy K. Hicks

Judy K. Hicks, age 75, of Battle Creek passed away Tuesday morning, February 28, 2023 at the Centrica Glenn Arbor Place in Battle Creek.  She was born in Battle Creek on October 31, 1947, the daughter of Chester E. and Evelyn A. (Bradeen) Mudge, Sr. and graduated from Battle Creek Central High School with the Class of 1967. 

Judy enjoyed watching DIY programs and Soap Operas on the television.  She also enjoyed cleaning, drawing, paint by numbers, cleaning and listening to soul & oldies music, especially Aretha Franklin.  Judy also liked chewing on ice cubes & eating Rice Krispie treats, but most of all, Judy loved spending time with her family & friends.

Just is survived by her children, Christine Nelson, David Hicks, and Rick (Danielle) Snyder; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Linda Noel; and several dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and a sister.
