Justin Parker Noel, age 19, passed away unexpectedly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Wednesday evening August 12, 2020. He was born in Battle Creek on March 6, 2001, the loving son of Clarence R. and Jackie M. (Fox) Noel. Justin graduated from Battle Creek Central High School with the Class of 2019 and had also taken Early Childhood Education at the Calhoun Area Career Center. Justin had just bravely enlisted in the United States Army on August 11, 2020. He had previously been employed at McDonald's in Urbandale, Lakeview Assisted Living, Hi-Lex Corporation and the Battle Creek Shopper.
Justin is survived by his mother, Jackie Noel of Battle Creek; his brother, Brent (Sarah Lynn Nguyen) Noel of Battle Creek; his grandmothers, Jacqueline Fox and Violet Fox, both of Battle Creek; the "Love of His Life", Tzitziki Ramos and her parents, Andres Ramos & Luz Adriana Ninz; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. He was sadly preceded in death by his father, Clarence Noel; his grandparents, Clarence & Audrey Noel and Bill L. Fox; two uncles Bill Fox Jr. and Phil Fox; and aunts, Sarah Cooper, Kim Sheley, and Frances (Leon) Rogers.
Justin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was also active with the Boy Scouts for several years and played soccer for the Battle Creek Central Bearcats and BC Fire.
The family will receive friends 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 19th at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Battle Creek. Graveside funeral services to celebrate Justin's life will be held 1:00 p.m. August 20th at the Battle Creek Memorial Park Cemetery.
