Kaitlyn "Katie" Lee (Baldwin) Randall of Portage, MI




Katie, age 21, died unexpectedly Friday evening, August 23, 2013, at her residence.

Katie, the daughter of Roger L. and Phyllis A. (Vincent) Baldwin, was born on May 20, 1992 in Kalamazoo, MI. She attended Parchment High School and enjoyed riding horses, going to the beach and spending time with family.

On November 11, 2011 in Kalamazoo, Katie was united in marriage to Justin Paul Randall, who survives. Also surviving is her son, Dominic Colton Randall; her mother and step-father, Phyllis (Nick) Dennany of Kalamazoo, MI; her sister, Gabrielle L. (Jeff) Seward of Texas Township, MI; her brother, Roger L. (Marie) Baldwin of Paw Paw, MI; and her in-laws, Ellen M. (William F.) Cody of San Diego, CA and Timothy L. (Deborah) Randall of Parchment, MI. Katie was preceded in death by her father Roger, in 2006.

The funeral service to celebrate Katie's life will be held on Saturday, August 31st, at 11:00 a.m. at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home, Richland Chapel, 9170 East D Avenue (M-89), Richland, MI, with Pastor Ray Brandon, officiating. Interment will follow at East Hickory Corners Cemetery, Barry Township. Friends will be received on Friday, August 30th, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Katie's honor may be directed to a trust account for her son, the Dominic C. Randall Educational Trust Fund, c/o Chase Bank, Account Number 3020052055.
