She was preceded in death by her father, Randy Torres; her grandfather, Trinidad "Joe" Casarez; and two uncles, Anthony & Stephen Casarez.
Kelsey was fiercely loyal and had a huge heart. She loved children and helping others in need. Always the "Life of the Party", Kelsey had a bubbly personality with a sarcastic & witty sense of humor, and loved to make others laugh. Kelsey was always on the go and a true restaurant connoisseur. She loved going out to eat, shopping, traveling and spending time with her family & friends.
