Kimberly K. (Kier) Ducker of Battle Creek, MI

Kim, age 70, died Saturday evening, May 2, 2020 at home with her loving family by her side.

Born in St. Joseph, MO, Kim was the daughter of the late Clifford E. and Louetta N. (Simpson) Kier. Kim grew up as a Navy brat moving around most of her life. In 1969, Kim married Larry M. (Mike) Ducker and began her life as a military spouse. Through the years, Kim worked as a Civil Servant, Ombudsman, Tax Preparer and finally returning to civil service as a Management Analyst at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, where she retired in 2011.

Kim enjoyed watching movies, eating out, traveling and spending time with her grandkids.

Kim was preceded in death by her husband and parents. She is survived by her son, Joshua W. (Tammy) Ducker of Battle Creek; her daughter, Liberty D. (Jason) Moore of Marshall, MI; five precious grandchildren, Gabrielle Ducker, Lillian Moore, Egan Moore, Noah Ducker and Vivian Moore; and a sister, Krea (Rick) Gregory of Battle Creek.

A private, family burial has been held in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI.
