Kimberly Sue Towery-Kahler

Kimberly Sue Towery-Kahler, 39, of Bellevue, Michigan died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo.

Kimberly was born October 13, 1977 in Battle Creek, Michigan to Larry E. and Susan D. (Eberhard) Towery. She grew up in Bellevue and received her high school diploma through Battle Creek Public Schools. Kim was currently employed at Marshall Manor & Rehabilitation Center and had been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 18 years.

Kim married Kevin Troy Kahler on October 6, 2007 in Battle Creek. Surviving are her husband, Kevin; three sons, Cameron Kahler, Nicholas Patterson and Brian Kahler all at home; her father, Larry E. Towery of Bellevue; two brothers, Larry S. Towery of Bellevue and Tony (Randi) Towery of Charlotte; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and their families. Kim was preceded in death by a son, Eric Towery; a daughter, Gabrielle Towery and her mother, Susan D. Towery.

Kimberly was all about spending time with her family and loved attending her children's sporting events. She was also a NASCAR fan. She will be remembered as loving, caring, generous, giving individual.

Friends will be received 2:00-4:00 p.m. & 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017 at the funeral home and officiated by Pastor Don Francis of First Baptist Church of Bellevue. Interment will follow at West Pennfield Hicks Cemetery.
