Linda Kay (Miller) Craig

Linda Kay (Miller) Craig passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, at the age of 75. She was born in Hastings, Michigan on August 20, 1950, to David and Nellie (Wood) Miller.

Linda attended Gull Lake Schools and graduated in 1968. After graduation she attended Wright Beauty Academy. She worked as a beautician and at Federal Life and Casualty Insurance. In 1979, Linda started working at Regional Medical Lab. After 37 years of service she retired in 2016.

On June 24, 1972, Linda married John Andrew Craig. They celebrated 52 years of Marriage together before his passing on July 24, 2024. Linda was also preceded in death by her parents, David and Nellie (Wood) Miller and siblings Raymond and Charles Miller, Ann Welton and Mary Kerr. Linda is survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and their families.

Linda’s passions in life were the many dogs and horses she owned throughout the years. She was a lifelong member of the American Quarter Horse Association. She competed and showed in many 4-H and open shows.

Friends will be received 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2026, at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care, where you are encouraged to celebrate Linda’s life.

Inurnment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan, at a later date.
