Margaret E. (Bell) Miller

Margaret E. (Bell) Miller of Hastings died August 5, 2015. Margaret was born May 21, 1919 in Battle Creek to George and Etha (Uhl) Conant. She graduated from Battle Creek Central High School in 1938 and went on to work for the Kellogg Company. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Battle Creek and was a part of its Sew and Sew Group for many years. She was also a member of the Kellogg 25 Year Club.

Margaret is survived by her two sons, Larry (Barbara) Bell of Hastings and Curtis (Karen) Bell of Otisville, Michigan; four grandchildren, Craig Bell, Thad Bell, Kristine McCallum and Laura Ankrum; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Ellsworth Bell and Robert Miller.

A graveside service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 at Morgan Cemetery, Battle Creek officiated by Dr. James R. Spindler. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider First Presbyterian Church of Hastings. Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home and Cremation Care.
