Mark Steven Chaney

Mark Steven Chaney, 66 of Battle Creek, died Sunday, October 30, 2022.

He was born on April, 17, 1956 in Battle Creek, the son of Ada and Laurence Chaney. He is survived by his 4 children, Douglas (Lisa) Chaney, Jessica (Robert) Schmitt-Marcellus, Bryan Chaney, and Ashley Chaney; 8 grandchildren; two sisters; and a special friend, Charyl Brierly.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister, a grandson, and a niece.

Mark is an Army veteran who spent his life working in manufacturing. He loved to work in the yard and always had projects around the house. His favorite things have always been his grandbabies and pork chops.
