Mark Christopher Townsend

Mark Christopher Townsend, 69, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023.

Mark was born October 31, 1953 in Sedalia, Missouri to Cecil and Myrtle (Hugo) Townsend. He graduated from Battle Creek Central in 1971 and he served his country honorably in the US Army. He later worked for the State of Michigan as an IT tech. Mark was a racing enthusiast and loved Nascar and Indy racing. 

Mark is survived by his children, Christopher (Rebekah) and Erin (William); grandchildren, Zaidy and Warren; sister, Mary and brother, Michael (Mary) and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
