Mary E. Toupalik-Densmore, age 68, of Sherman Lake, Augusta, MI, died tragically as the result of a van-deer accident Friday evening, February 8, 2013 on M-89 in Ross Township.

Mary had worked in the Caregiving Industry most of her life and was on her way home from the Gull Arbor Senior Living of Richland when the accident occurred. She was a faithful member of St. Ann Catholic Church of Gull Lake; enjoyed nature, birds and wild flowers in her yard at Sherman Lake, but most of all, she was an extreme collector and could not pass-up a garage sale! Toupalik; a step-daughter, Diana Densmore of Los Angeles, CA; a step-son, Doug (Erika) Densmore of Malden, MA and her sister, Patricia A. Horton, of Sun City West, AZ. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, John, Ralph and Mike Toupalik.

Tran, Parochial Vicar, Celebrant and Deacon Michael A. Carl, Assisting. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. until the start of Mass at the Church and also immediately after the Mass at the Parish Social Hall, where family and friends will continue to celebrate Mary's life with a time of fellowship and a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary's honor may be directed to the Mercy Home for Boys & Girls, 1140 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607 (mailto:info@mercyhome.com).
