Michael A. Harbison

Michael A. "Mickey" Harbison, 86, of Battle Creek, died Tuesday, July 11, 2023.  Mickey was born Decmber 17, 1936 to Charles and Alice (Lemish) Harbison.  He graduated from Port Huron High School in 1954.  Mickey worked at Western Union in Port Huron before moving to Battle Creek and worked at the former Capital Auto Wash.  

Mickey was a loyal and dedicated member of St. Philip Catholic Church in Battle Creek.  He volunteered many hours of his time there over the years.  He also enjoyed watching the Detroit Tigers and playing bingo at Cherry Hill Manor.  

A graveside to service to celebrate Mickey's life will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 19th, 2023 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Battle Creek.  Arrangements by the Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care.  Personal messages for the family may be placed at www.farleyestesdowdle.com.
