Michael Tadman, 55, of Las Vegas, Nevada and formerly of Battle Creek went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 23rd, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a gifted musician with a kind soul. His music came from the very depths of him. He played keyboard with several bands in the Midwest, including The Scene, Project 32, The Big E and Take 2. He was with Stickman Shadow and Pink Floyd Tribute band in Las Vegas, where they will be playing his composition at the House of Blues.
He is survived by his wife Suzy; sons, Christopher (Jen), Nicholas (Autumn) and Tyler; mother and step-father, Jack and Donna Gray; step-sisters, Kathy Gray McDonald and Patricia (David) Simmons; step mother, Jan Tadman; step children, Pamela and Jacob Vaughn; several nieces and nephews; and many soul brothers through his music. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Harry Tadman.
A memorial service will be officiated by Rev. Thomas J. Ott 1:30 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the First Congregational Church. A memorial benefit in memory of Michael will begin 1:00 p.m. Sunday, August 30, 2015 at The Warehouse; and will feature local bands and friends.
