Nicholas DeAnda was born in Kalamazoo, MI on April 22, 1979. He grew up surrounded by family that adored him and cousins that became best friends. Nick met his future wife, Beth (Marcus) at Gull Lake High School and had been inseparable since.
They started their family in 1999 when their daughter Sydney Lissette was born. From the moment he saw her he spent every moment making sure she was happy, healthy and protected from the world. Sydney is a Daddy's girl thru-and-thru. From the same beautiful brown eyes to the assertiveness. In 2003, Nick was thrilled to welcome his son, Nicholas P DeAnda II. Nick made sure that his son was or had everything he himself had ever dreamed of. He gave Nicholas (Lil D, Nicky) the gift of being strong when you have to be but soft when you need to be. They shared a love of all sports, but especially their beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.
Nick loved showing his Buckeye pride and the friendly trash talk that was sure to follow. Nick and Beth prided themselves on being "the unicorns". Together for 24 years, married for almost 17, they are still each others bestfriends. Nick's love for his family is immeasurable. He ran anytime his mom needed him and loved seeing the man his brother has become. Nick was always there to help anyone. From coaching basketball to pulling you out of a ditch. He treated every niece and nephew as his own. No one worked harder than Nick, and every second was for his family.
He is survived by his wife and children, his mother Diana Reynolds (Olivares) and husband Charlie, brother Nathan DeAnda and his wife Cassandra (Vandersloot).
