Orma D. Kissinger

Orma D. Kissinger, 84, of Battle Creek, died June 21, 2019 at the Glenn Arbor Hospice Residence. Orma was born May 13, 1935 in Battle Creek to Luther and Alice (Bailey) Dolphin. Orma loved doing work book puzzles, playing solitaire and crocheting.

Orma devoted her entire life to raising her children. She is survived by her five children, Tammy PaPorte, Alice Stanton, Sandra Dubay, Luther Kissinger and James Kissinger; ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; two brothers, Michael Dolphin and Russell Dolphin and a sister, Janice Patton.

Orma married Duane Kissinger on October 25, 1957, who sadly preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cathy Pahl.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution in honor of Orma are asked to consider the American Cancer Society.
