Patricia Diane (Pomeroy) "Pat" Sangalli of Kalamazoo, MI and formerly of Gull Lake and Richland, MI

Pat, age 86, died peacefully Friday morning, March 6, 2020 at Park Village Pines, Kalamazoo with her loving family at her side.

Pat, the daughter of Howard and Dorothy (Garner) Pomeroy, was born in Hartford, MI on November 21, 1933 and was a 1952 graduate of Paw Paw High School. She retired in 1994 after 26 years of faithful service as a secretary for the Gull Lake Community Schools. Pat and her husband, Pete were active members of St. Ann Catholic Church, Augusta, MI and they were among the founders of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at the Church.

Pat was united in marriage to Pete at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Paw Paw, MI on May 22, 1954. Surviving is her husband of over 65 years, Pete; her daughter, Chris Sangalli of Kalamazoo; two sons, Bob (Beth) Sangalli of Schoolcraft, MI and Steve (Debbie) Sangalli of Austin, TX; five precious grandchildren, Elissa Sangalli, Erin Davis, Tony (Erin) Sangalli, Jake Davis and Mary Sangalli and her sister, Lori Davis of Dowagiac, MI.

Pat's family will greet friends on Thursday, March 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church Social Hall, 12648 East D Avenue, Augusta, MI 49012. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 13th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ann Catholic Church with Monsignor Michael Osborne, Celebrant and Deacon Michael A. Carl, assisting. Family and friends will continue Pat's life celebration with a time of fellowship and a luncheon immediately following the Mass in the Church Social Hall. Interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, MI at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pat's honor may be directed to St. Ann Catholic Church, St. Vincent de Paul Society or the Gull Lake Community Schools Foundation, 10100 East D Avenue, Richland, MI 49083. The Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care, Richland Chapel (269-692-6022) is assisting Pat's family.
