Patricia Ann "Pat" (Latta - Everett) Stout

Patricia Ann (Latta) Stout, 79, of Battle Creek died peacefully at her residence, with her family at her side, on Sunday, February 23, 2020.

"Pat" was born September 20, 1940 in Boyne City, Michigan the daughter of Kenneth and Nellie (Labdell) Latta. Pat was employed in the bakery at Ryan's Family Steak House.

Surviving are her husband, Arnold J. Stout; daughter, Tammy Lynn Everett King of Battle Creek; four stepchildren, Sherry Britt, Dwayne Stout, Rosann Stout, Autumn Wrench; a daughter-in-law, Mellissa Everett and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by her first husband, Toney Everett; her parents; a brother, Donald Latta and in 2018 by her son, Kenneth Allen Everett of Battle Creek.

Pat was a member of the Eagles Lodge # 299 and Battle Creek Baptist Temple. She enjoyed doing plastic canvas artwork, walking, crocheting and bowling. Pat formerly owned horses and enjoyed horseback riding. She will be remembered for her easygoing, kind-hearted personality.

Friends will be received 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 12:00 noon – 12:30 p.m. Friday at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Home & Cremation Care. A graveside service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at Hick's Cemetery in Pennfield Township 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 28, 2020.
