Raymond A. "Ray" Heinrich
Raymond A. "Ray" Heinrich, age 90 of Battle Creek went to be with Jesus on Thursday afternoon, September 28, 2023.
Raymond Alonzo Heinrich was born in Battle Creek Michigan to William and Mildred (Campbell) Heinrich on January 24, 1933. Ray worked several jobs as a young man including being a Cook in the National Guard. He also worked 43 years on Grand Trunk Railroad.
Ray left behind his loving wife, Suzie, sons; Ricky, Danny (Cintry) and Mike, also daughters, Suzy VandeGriff, and Jodi (Michael) Lorenz; five grandchildren, including his pumpkin, and the bug & several great grandchildren. Besides, his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles Heinrich and Joannie Duncan.
Ray enjoyed music and was a member of New Life Victory Church where contributions can be made. A memorial service to celebrate Ray's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 14, 2023 at the New Life Victory Church 2775 S. 26th Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
