Robert E. Farleigh, 63, of Battle Creek, died Sunday, March 16, 2014. Robert was born April 18, 1950 in Battle Creek to Alfred and Barbara (Oliverio) Farleigh. He graduated from Pennfield High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all, Robert loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his three children, Amy (Louie) Peet, Angela (Dave) Colamaria and Adam (Kristen) Farleigh; three grandchildren, Tucker Peet, Josey Peet and Levi Farleigh; his brother, Fred Farleigh; numerous nieces and nephews, and his close friend, Bill Talbott. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jodi in 2013.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 4-7 p.m. at the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home, where funeral services to celebrate Robert's life will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 21.
