Ronald Gene Dixon

Ronald Gene Dixon, age 61 of Battle Creek, passed away Monday April 20, 2026 He was born in Bay City, Michigan on October 13, 1964. Ron enjoyed riding motorcycles with his club brothers from the Centurions motorcycle club, that he was a president and member for over 35 years, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was employed at Asplundh tree service for over 30 years.

Ronald married Patsy Lee "Pat" Horwath in Battle Creek on December 22, 1984. He is survived by sisters, Tami Dixon and Tanya Robles; his step-son, Gerald Heath; granddaughters, Alexus Heath and Natsha Nelson; grandsons, Cody Keener and Fredrick Nelson; eight great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Joseph Horwath; sisters-in-law, Cindy Hicks, Cathy Moore, Penny Dixon, and Joanne Horwath; nephews, Keith, Kevin, Terry & Tommy Dixon; several other nephews and nieces; and his brothers from the Centurions Motorcycle Club. Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Lee Dixon; his mother, Connie (Bardran) Ritter; his father and stepmother, Sunny Jay & Bonnie Dixon; and Patsy's parents, Frank & Lou Horwath; a brother, Keith Dixon; and stepdaughter, Lisa Keener

The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral Cremation Preneed Care, Battle Creek where services to celebrate Ronnie's life will begin at 12:00 noon.  A luncheon will follow at the Centurions Clubhouse, 21770 4 1/2 mile Rd. Battle Creek.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
